Michelle joined CHAD in 1997. In 2006, she became the President and Chief Executive Officer. She received her BS from University of Nebraska at Kearney and lives in Omaha with her husband Gregg and their fur children.
Shonda Shirley
Director of Community Engagement
Shonda became CHAD’s Director of Community Engagement in 2019. With a background in fundraising and pharmaceutical sales, she is passionate about improving Nebraskans’ access to health care, treatment, programs and services. She also tutors high school chemistry students and enjoys spending time with her two young pups, Vito and Carmela.
Kari Stofer

Kari Stofer was born in Alliance, NE. She grew up in several Nebraska towns including Lincoln, Sydney, Genoa, and Kearney, where she graduated from high school. After receiving her BA from UNL she spent almost 25 years working at Nebraska Museums. As part of this non-profit work she has seen first hand the generosity and love of Nebraska communities. Kari has had the opportunity to be involved with several of CHAD's member agencies and been touched by several others. She loves art and history and currently lives in Grand Island with her Aussie, L.Lee.
Mark Feit

Mark Feit was born in Lincoln and grew up in Beatrice. He spent 20 years in radio, most recently co-hosting the Morning Show on KFOR for six years. In 2012, Mark left for the non-profit world, working for the Alzheimer’s Association Nebraska Chapter for three years before joining CHAD as the Lincoln Director in 2015. He’s married to Bailey and they have four bichon frise rescues, Billy, Violet, Gus, and Nova.

Shannon, CPA Inactive, graduated from Doane College in 2009 with degrees in Business Administration and Accounting before beginning work at Seim Johnson in Omaha. At Seim Johnson, she was a senior auditor working primarily with non-profit organizations for four years. Some of the work she did there included the CHAD audit. She started at CHAD as the Director of Finance in 2013. She and her husband, Jared, have three children, Griffin, Nora and Barrett.

Meet Brevard Fraser! Originally from Atlanta, Brevard has called Omaha home since 2011 and now lives in Dundee with her husband, Eric, and their three cats.
During her “retirement” years, Brevard joined the team part-time to stay connected to the people-focused work she loves. With more than 35+ years of experience in corporate and nonprofit events, sponsorships, fundraising, and community engagement — including roles with Cox Communications, Deloitte, and American Express — she brings creativity, energy, and a calm-under-pressure approach to everything she does.
Outside of work, Brevard can usually be found elbow-deep in her garden, attempting to master the mysteries of mahjong, discussing the latest book club pick over a glass of wine, volunteering with Felius Cat Café & Rescue, or creating vibrant alcohol ink artwork through her small creative business, InkSpirations.
